- Log in to your Yahoo account and change the Account Security. Enable the Allow apps that use less secure sign-in option for that.
- Then, launch Microsoft Outlook. Click on the File option and hit the Info Select Add Account option from there.
- Click on Manually Configure Server Settings Hit Next.
- Mark the Pop or IMAP radio button in the Add New Account window & press on Next.

- After that, fill in mail.yahoo.com in the Incoming Mail Server field. And enter smtp.mail.yahoo.com in the Outgoing Mail Server field.

- Select the Outgoing Server tab & mark the following options; Use Same Settings as My Incoming Mail Server & My SMTP Requires Authentication.
- The next step to import Yahoo Mail to Office 365 requires you to move to the Advanced tab. Type 995 for POP3 Server & 465 for SMTP Server. Choose the encryption type as SSL & click on the This Server Requires an Encrypted Connection option.

- Finally, export the mailbox into a PST file by going to File menu >> Open & Export >> Import/Export.
- Then, proceed after selecting these options one by one: Export to a file >> Outlook data file (.pst) >> select the Yahoo mailbox >> browse the destination and click the Finish button.
Stage 2 – Importing Converted Data to Microsoft 365 Account
