Note: Configure IMAP Office 365 account to Thunderbird so that all the data of Gmail to the Office 365 server.

1. Again open Thunderbird and click on the Create a New Email Account.

2. Now, enter your Name, Email Address, and Password and then the Continue button.

3. After this enter the below details.

IMAP

Server hostname: outlook.office365.com

Port: 993

SSL: SSL/TLS

Authentication: Oauth2

Outgoing:

Server hostname: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

SSL: STARTTLS

Authentication: Oauth2

Username – enter your username here.

After this click on the Done button

4. Once the account is configured with Thunderbird, then move your Gmail data to the newly added Office 365 account.
